Each month the crafters at The Perfect Touch choose a special cause and donate 10% of all sales to that cause.  In addition, several crafters combine their resources to create a parasol representing that cause and the full purchase price of the parasol is also donated.  This parasol is dedicated to and is a fundraiser for The American Heart Association.

The outside of the parasol starts with a layer of bright pink covered with a red net embroidered with red hearts highlighted with gold threads.  The parasol edge is finished with a red beaded braid.  Twenty-three luscious red satin roses decorate the parasol tips and ferrule.  The pink handle has been highlighted with gold glitter and adorned with two red satin roses and one pink variegated rose.  The lining of the parasol is elegant red satin.  An unattached red satin ribbon with enamelled heart closes the parasol.
