Victorian feminine-sized top hat created by Lady Jeanette and included with the Victorian/Steampunk Burgundy and Blue Natural Form Era Gown listed in The Perfect Touch Shoppe.  Completely custom made from buckram and millinery wire and covered with the same fabrics used in the gown.  The upper brim and crown are covered in the steel blue fabric and the under brim is covered in the burgundy and peers out of the upturned brim.  The upper brim is then covered with the same lace and braid used on the gown.  The front taffeta crinkle flower is hand made from ombre ribbon as is two smaller taffeta berries and black satin leaves on the back of the hat.  Three burgundy peacock feathers finish the adornment.  The hat is lined with black kona cotton and two extra-long black satin ties can be used to tie the hat under the chin or at the back of the head.
