Mercat Cross is a Victorian-inspired crafter but you will find her creations always have a touch of surprise and whimsy! This bag, which the Victorians would have called a reticule, is created from an antique brass-look fnished frame with antique brass chain. An oh-so-soft passion pink silk velvet is sewn to the frame with antique brass seed beads and softly gathered at the sides and bottom. The front of the bag is embellished with reclaimed antique brass drops with pink and clear crystals and topped with sand-colored pearls. Around the crystal-studded drops is a sprinkling of Swarovski crystals in light sapphire, light rose, Tanzanite, and Olivine. The bag bottom is finished with a drop of the same Swarovski crystals and pearls. Mercat's playfulness is obvious when you open the bag to a soft leopard print interior.
