Recreated from a "La Mode Illustree" fashion plate from 1873-1874.  Crafted by Lady Jeanette from a custom designed pattern and created from buckram and millinery wire.  Covered with luscious and dramatic black velvet with hand-stitched pink velvet ribbon trim around both the brim and the full and cascading back ribbon and tails.  The entire edge of the brim is outlined with pink venice lace.  Two pink curled and curved ostrich feathers have been sewn together and hand-stitched to the crown along with a  pink pearl spray.  The crown is lined with the black velvet.  Free shipping during October and 10% of the purchase price will be donated to the American Cancer Society during our Perfectly Pink month.
